Wearing Club branded clothing is an excellent way to show pride in and promote membership of WSC. Members can wear one of the following on their Club branded clothing.

Behind the Upper Bar

Stocks of a small range of branded items such as Burgees, Club ties, baseball caps and woollen hats are retained at Shore House and members can purchase these from the upstairs bar or from the Admin office.

On Line Ordering for Members

Club members have access to a huge range of up-to-date branded clothing from our on-line provider Ravenspring. This is a small, family run business; established in 1975 that specialises in general “water-sport” related merchandising and also the manufacture of bespoke wet and dry suits. Some examples of Club branded clothing are displayed in the entrance to Shore House.

Clothing embroidered with the WSC logo can be purchased from the Ravenspring Embroidery and Leisure Wear page. To keep prices to members at their lowest, WSC has waived the usual Ravenspring 5% club royalty in favour of an additional 5% discount to WSC members. There are 3 x sizes of embroidered club logos, “Small” and “Standard” sizes costing £5.40 (VAT incl) and “Large” size costing £6.00 (VAT incl).

The ordering process is straightforward. Members simply complete the Ravenspring on line Embroidery Enquiry Form with their choice, stating that their club is “WSC” (you don’t need to enter the Club website as Ravenspring already have our digital logos etc) and specifying any additional embroidery or printing required (e.g. boat name, Kippers group etc). Ravenspring then confirm the discounted price with you and then you pay either via the Ravenspring secure site or via the telephone (01803 867092). Those that wish can carry out the whole process by telephone and Ravenspring will be very happy to advise on the “in-fashion” range etc. Jayne can assist if you are stuck, and she has a printed catalogue in the Admin Office as well. Ravenspring have also created “mini brochures” illustrating their popular range of clothing.

Postage is charged at cost price and is typically £5.45 (VAT incl) for single items sent by Royal Mail 1st class and about £9.50 (VAT incl) for a number of items sent by courier. Members may wish to order in groups to share the costs of postage.

Please remember that you will be working directly with Ravenspring rather than through WSC and that payment must be made direct to Ravenspring before they despatch to your chosen delivery address. Members are advised to double check sizes before ordering, sizing guides are shown on the Ravenspring web site alongside each product.
