Heather Aitken – Round the Island in Laser 4.7

Heather Aitken, one of our Youth sailors sailed round the Island of Wight on Saturday in her Laser 4.7 dinghy. A fantastic achievement for a 15 year old. She left Yarmouth at 07.00 on Saturday morning and returned at 18.05 to be welcomed by members of the club who were in Yarmouth on a club rally.  Heather is raising funds to help AIDS orphans and the local communities in Swaziland If you would like to make a donation her fund raising page is at
