Notice of 2021 Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 65th Annual General Meeting of WSC will be held on 12th November 2021 commencing 1900 hrs at the Victory Hall, Warsash SO31 9HW (note: this is a change to the date given at the 2020 AGM).
The Agenda, reports, nominations and other AGM information will be displayed on the Club notice board (Shore House) and on the Club website from 22nd October. (Anyone requiring a hard copy, please contact the administrator).
Due to the success of the online voting format adopted in 2020, the result of the Covid situation, this format will be continued for 2021. Also this will allow flexibility should another lockdown occur. This format will also allow Members who are still isolating to participate.
Voting will be available by the following methods:
1. In person at the AGM (printed ballot forms will be available).
2. In Person at the Club between 0900 on 5/11/21 and noon on 12/11/21 (printed ballot papers and envelopes to seal in will be available).
3. By post (hard copy Ballot papers will be provided from 5/11/21 and must be received by noon 12/11/21).
4. Electronically using the Club website from 0900 5/11/21 to noon 12/11/21.
